This strong & spicy sister of cinnamon has a variety of warming, therapeutic properties.

• Diffuse on it’s own or with oils such as Clove Bud, Ginger, & Orange Peel for an uplifting  autumnal aroma
• Dilute in a carrier oil for a warming & stimulating massage
• Dilute in a carrier oil & gently massage on abdomen to soothe menstrual cramps
