Butterfly Pea Flower Tea


Butterfly pea flower contains the antioxidant proanthocyanidin, which may promote collagen growth and skin cell elasticity. Acetylcholine in this plant may promote brain function and memory.
Directions: Use 1-2 tsp per 8oz cup of hot water. Steep 3-4 minutes and add lemon and/or honey to taste. Brews a deep blue color. Adding lemon turns the tea bright purple.
