In this class you’ll learn the basics behind Ayurveda, the world’s oldest and most traditional form of medicine with natural health practitioner Laura Pravs.
Participants will learn to see themselves and their health through the lens of five elements found in nature-Earth, Air, Fire, Water and Ether and begin to grasp which of these elements predominates in their own inner ecosystem most in order to maintain or regain balance with respect to their health.
You’ll take an individualized quiz to see what herbs will benefit your body/mind type best and take home one of our tea blends made exclusively for this class!
